Family members and police are seeking help in locating a newborn baby with a heart condition and her young mother, who went missing on Sunday in East Los Angeles. Fourteen-year-old Amoria Brown and her 3-week-old daughter Omoria were last seen on East Huntington Drive. They were believed to be heading to the high desert north of Los Angeles with family. Amoria’s guardian, Raquel Brown, expressed concern for the baby’s well-being and emphasized that the young mother is not a bad parent but may need support and guidance. The family received a call from Amoria, confirming that she and the baby were safe, but their current location is unknown. Relatives believe they are heading towards the High Desert area. The initial missing person notice also included a 15-year-old girl described as Amoria’s sister-in-law, but she has since been reunited with her family. The LAPD has released photos of Amoria and Omoria in hopes of locating them. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is urged to contact the authorities. The family is grateful for any assistance in bringing the mother and baby home safely.
