Michigan Youth can now enjoy $5 rounds of golf with Nationwide’s “Golf with Us” initiative

Bank of America has announced a new initiative called “Golf with Us” that offers $5 or less rounds of golf for Michigan youth aged 6 to 18. The program, in partnership with Youth on Course, aims to help kids build confidence and life skills through golf. Participating courses in Metro Detroit include Chandler Park Golf Course, Royal Oak Golf Center, and Sycamore Hills Golf Club. Families interested in the program can register online for a free one-year membership by May 24.

The initiative was launched during the 2025 Masters Tournament and is part of Bank of America’s efforts to provide accessible opportunities for young people in Metro Detroit. According to Star Crawford, a market executive with Bank of America Detroit, the program is designed to show kids that with dedication and support, they can achieve great things both on and off the golf course.

The “Golf with Us” program is aimed at helping kids develop confidence and life skills that extend beyond the fairway. By providing affordable access to the game of golf, Bank of America hopes to empower young people in Michigan and help them pursue their passions.
