Eastern Michigan University tennis seniors Sabina Brichackova and Prerna Vichare have been named the Mid-American Conference Doubles Team of the Week for the second consecutive week. The duo has won four consecutive matches at No. 1 doubles, dominating their opponents and helping EMU to a pair of 5-2 wins. Brichackova and Vichare have now won 44 times together, with Brichackova ranking 16th all-time at EMU in career doubles wins and Vichare tying for 19th all-time.
This is the second doubles award earned by the Eastern Michigan pair this season and the third overall for the team. The Eagles will play their final match of the season on Friday, April 18, against Ball State University in Muncie, Ind. This will be the last match of the regular season for all MAC teams.
