The Buy Michigan Now Festival is set to take place in Downtown South Lyon from August 1-3. The festival celebrates Michigan-based businesses, aiming to boost the state’s economy and highlight local businesses. Buyers from retailers will also attend to discover new products. Vendors can start applying to attend on March 17. The festival will be held at the corner of Lafayette and Lake Streets in a social district where guests can enjoy beverages as they stroll. Each day of the event will have a different theme, including Friday Night Party, Soulful Saturday, and Sun Back to School Bash. Volunteers are needed for the event. Those interested in volunteering, becoming a vendor, or learning more can visit the festival’s website. The festival will run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on August 1, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on August 2, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on August 3. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore Michigan businesses, enjoy live entertainment, and participate in various activities at the Buy Michigan Now Festival this summer in Downtown South Lyon.
