Despite being picked to finish fifth in the MAC preseason poll, the Eagles have started the season 4-0 for the first time in several years. The team has been setting top-10 program scores, including a recent team score of 196.450 which ranked third-best in EMU history. Additionally, junior Priya Karle has been making significant contributions to the team, posting a career-high score on the floor at a recent competition.
Eastern Michigan will be facing Northern Illinois, who currently ranks sixth in the MAC and 55th nationally. The Huskies have excelled in the vault event, ranking fourth in the MAC.
