Police in Idaho issued a misdemeanor arrest warrant for Hector David Rivera, the actor who played the green ranger in the “Power Rangers” movie franchise, in connection with the alleged battery of a man over a parking space dispute at a shopping center in Nampa. The victim, a man in his 60s who uses a walker, took pictures of the license plate of Rivera’s truck parked in a disabled spot. Video footage shows Rivera pushing the victim to the ground and uttering harsh words before driving away in a truck with Texas license plates. Investigators were able to identify Rivera through dashcam video and public assistance. As of late Wednesday, Rivera has not turned himself in and authorities have not located him. Nampa is a city with a population of over 100,000 people about 20 miles west of Boise. Rivera and his representatives have not responded to requests for comment.
