A 42-year-old man from Caledonia, Michigan is facing charges for allegedly offering underage girls alcohol and vape pens in exchange for sex and nude pictures. Detectives began investigating after receiving a tip about a 17-year-old girl engaging in this behavior with the man. It is believed that he had been communicating with multiple teenage girls from neighboring communities and recording sexual acts with them at his home.
The man was arrested on Wednesday after a search warrant was executed at his home. He is currently awaiting charges at the Kent County Jail and is expected to face multiple felony charges including aggravated child sexual abuse activity and possession of child sexually abusive material.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the suspect, the alleged assaults, or who may be a victim to contact the Kent County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation is ongoing and there may be additional victims involved. Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Silent Observer.
